CK Studio provides a platform for creating and hosting Personalized Digital Celebration Pages. These services include, but are not limited to, interactive surprise links for anniversaries, birthdays, holidays, and other special occasions.

1. Ownership of Content and Software

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to source code, interactive scripts, algorithms, animations, visual designs, graphics, and trademarks—are the exclusive property of CK Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. Prohibited Use and Anti-Plagiarism

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying, redistributing, or replicating any part of the website’s source code or interactive mechanics for commercial or competitive purposes.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the underlying algorithms or logic used to generate our digital surprises.
• Creating derivative works that mimic the unique "look and feel" or functionality of CK Studio products.

3. Enforcement

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or plagiarism of our proprietary software and designs will be considered a violation of intellectual property rights. CK Studio reserves the right to take full legal action, including seeking injunctive relief and damages, against any individual or entity found in breach of these terms.

4. User Content & Conduct

You are solely responsible for the photos, text, and media you upload to customize your celebration page. You represent that you have the legal right to use such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Hosting & Access

Each purchased digital link is guaranteed to be hosted and accessible for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Renewal options may be offered upon expiration.

6. Limitation of Liability

CK Studio provides creative digital tools "as is." We are not liable for any technical interruptions beyond our control or the specific emotional impact of the digital surprise.
