If a technical error prevents the generation of your unique link or renders it inaccessible within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us. We will resolve the issue within 48 hours or provide a full refund if the service cannot be fulfilled.
All refund requests due to technical issues must be sent to support@ck-studio.llc within 48 hours of purchase, including your order number, a description of the error, and a screenshot of the error message so we can identify the issue.
